Packages are manually given by an admin. Please open a ticket through the support channel on discord to let us know about your purchase so we provide this to the correct player. If the server wipes within 2 weeks(14 days) of redemption, you get your purchase again!
Builder's kits will NOT be replaced if used on an overhaul mod and zombies destroy your base.
